The other side effects of CoQ10 are, for the most part, very mild and will resolve themselves with time.  These include waves of nausea that may lead to vomiting, diarrhea and a decrease in appetite.  Insomnia and skin itching are also possible side effects of CoQ10 and, ironically, fatigue and flu-like symptoms.  It can also lower blood sugar levels, making it particularly iffy for people who have diabetes or other blood sugar related conditions.
