Some people just don’t have the guts to deal with milk – that’s why there’s orange juice with calcium. It also comes with the rest of the good stuff related to OJ, such as Vitamin C and the ability to escape slam dunk convictions. Oh wait, that last one doesn’t belong here, but the nutrients and minerals thing is pretty spot on.
Calcium Phospate
For those with sensitive innards, this is the one to go for. While slightly costlier in price, it’s definitely cheaper in terms of your dignity. If you’re taking calcium supplements because you’re an athlete, this lets you avoid awkward farts when you’re backing down against a defender while playing basketball.
The older you get, the more you need to pay attention to supplements so you can stay healthy and it’s never too early to learn. Ending up an old man or lady with brittle bones just isn’t the way to be old. How are you supposed to enjoy yourself and your free time at that age if you can barely walk anyway?
