There are also some teas that can serve as laxatives and help detox a little.  Cascara Sagrada and Rhubarb are only two of the many teas you can use as laxatives.  Senna is even available as over-the-counter treatment.  It must be noted that this should not be used longer than necessary.  At the most, teas should be used to aid battling constipation for about a week.  Extended use can actually permanently damage your bowel movement and cause a depletion of potassium which leads to muscle weakness.
