I’ve had migraines for 20 years mine are the result of a car accident. Before that I was fine. If you get consistent migraines you should see a specialist as it could be the sign of a physical/organic problem

  2. I’ve never personally had migrains, but I have a friend who has. She’s had to go to the hospital a few times due to the severity of them. One thing she has started to do is pay attention to her food and drink by keeping a diary. This can be helpful if in fact certain foods trigger them. Sometimes not in the same day. The diary helps to see if a pattern is developing.

  3. The worst part is sometimes the migraine headache can last from 8 to 72 hrs.
