Have Sex For Your Health
We’ve heard about sex for procreation, sex out of love and of course, casual sex. Combinations of those kinds of sex are also possible for the adventurous. Sex as an act is so much fun most of the time that we don’t even consider that it could have other benefits… health benefits.
Now, I realize that 999 times out of 1000, people don’t want to have sex for health benefits – they just want to have sex, for whatever reason, for whatever end.
…of course, it’s still nice to think that this holiest of holy fun acts has a few benefits aside from, well, having it. I’ve found a few health benefits to sex on the net that I thought would be fun to share. I don’t think people will have sex for health benefits only – ever – but it’s nice to know that the X-rated action gives bonuses too.

By the way, sex is best for your mental, emotional and physical health when you’re in a loving relationship – just thought you’d like to know.
Okay, on to the good stuff!
1. It Makes You Tougher
Well, on the level of your immune system. Getting down and dirty twice a week or more can actually make your immune system tougher and more effective.
It apparently provokes your system into making a particularly important anti-body: immunoglobulin A, or IgA, which is our the body’s way of fighting off such dangers such as the common cold and various infections of varying degrees of danger.
Various studies have shown that people who don’t get as lucky or actually, too lucky. Once or twice a week is the magic number – less than or greater than that leaves you with less of this valuable anti-body.
2. Sex Makes Your Lungs Stronger
It makes your cardiovascular system stronger, specifically. Some of our elders might be more concerned with the potential for stroke or heart attack from all the fun, but it’s actually less likely that what the movies or tabloids would have you think.
Studies have also shown that stroke is far from the likely things you’ll get from indulging yourself at an old age. Sex twice or more a week for the elderly also reduces the chances of fatal heart attack and dodging anything involving the word fatal, especially if dodging it involves sex, is one of those things that fall under good idea lists.
3. Prostate Cancer? Avoid it.
Men everywhere can rejoice – sex or ejaculations have been proven to reduce the chances of prostate cancer. The more frequent the explosion, the better. Getting a lot early in life, at the 20s to be precise, is important to making sure that it helps you out later in life.
With 21 or more ejaculations a month, a man can decrease his chances of getting prostate cancer by a full third. Sex isn’t even necessary, for those who can’t have sex for health – masturbation works equally well. As long as you end up cleaning the pipes.
Have sex for health? Yep, it’s possible. Aside from all the psychological benefits, especially for couples, you’ve got all these physical health reasons to get down and diggity dig it. Have fun and have sex knowing that you’re taking care of, among other things, your health.
